About Patatas NanaPatatas Nana
is an e-commerce site of chips, gifts, clothing and sangria.

The sale of wine and alcoholic products is prohibited to minors.
According to the law of 08 November 2012 which implemented the decree law of 13 September 2012 No. 158, the sale of alcoholic products is prohibited to minors, therefore the user The user also declares that whoever receives the alcoholic product will be of age according to the legislation applicable to the latter.

Deliveries
Deliveries normally take place in 2-4 working days in Italy, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. In some critical periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, there may be delays in delivery.
The Owner is not responsible for any damage suffered by the user due to delays in delivery. Upon delivery, the user must check the content before accepting it, specifying any anomalies on the courier’s delivery form. The Owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in completing the purchase order by the User.

Right of withdrawal
Anyone can change their mind and we guarantee it.
As a result of the European directive transposed by legislative decree n.21 of 21 February 2014 in the event of the purchase of products or services, remotely in general and on Patatas Nana in particular, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons , within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the User – acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw via an email with an explicit declaration to info@patatasnana.com

2. Day of receipt and therefore of taking possession of the property
3. The products for which you want to exercise the legitimate right of withdrawal
4. Name, surname and address of the User
5. Iban code of the current account where we will make the refund

Patatas Nana will send confirmation emails to the User where he will agree on the methods of delivery of the products. The return of the products must take place within 14 days of the User’s communication, by means of a Carrier that we will send to collect the goods on the established day and time.
The goods must be packed in the original packaging, or in similar packaging suitable for safe transport by courier.
The Owner will, within 14 days of communicating the intention to withdraw from the contract, reimburse the User for the amount paid to the Owner.

The right of withdrawal will be treated in the manner specified in Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Attention
Until the seller has received the goods, or proof that they have been shipped, he may legitimately withhold the refund.
The User shall bear only the shipping costs to send the goods from the User to the Patatas Nana operational headquarters in Viale P. Bonòpera, 37, 60019 Senigallia AN.

Electronic invoice
By placing an order on the website www.patatasnana.com, you consent to receive the invoice only in electronic format. The invoice must be printed and archived as the original, as required by the Revenue Agency Circular 18/E, 06/24/2014.

. The Service is provided by the Owner “as is”, without any express or implied guarantee as to its accuracy or availability.

Service interruption
The Owner reserves the right to add or remove functions or features or to suspend or completely interrupt the provision of the Service, both temporarily and definitively. In the event of definitive interruption, the Owner will act as possible to allow Users to obtain their information hosted by the Owner.

Resale of the Service
Users are not authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Patatas Nana and its services without the express permission of the Owner.

Patatas Nana is a trademark of Patatas Nana s.r.l., therefore. photographs, texts, descriptions, considerations, and all that is included in the site, are the property of the company Patatas Nana srl.
Consequently, the full or partial reproduction of any part of the site, photographs and texts included, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Patatas Nana s.r.l.

Account cancellation and closure of User accounts
Registered Users can deactivate their accounts, request their cancellation or stop using the Service at any time, through the Patatas Nana website or by contacting the Owner directly.
The Owner, in the event of a violation of these Terms, reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account at any time and without notice.

Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, giving notice to the User by publishing it on the patatasnana.com website. The changes to the terms replace and abrogate the previous ones, therefore the user who used the service prior to the changes accepts the new terms without any reservations.

Applicable law and competent court
These Terms and all disputes regarding the execution, interpretation and validity of this contract are subject to the law and jurisdiction of the Italian State. The competent court will be the one chosen freely by the consumer.
