What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use BARTOLINI to send all our orders.

How long does it take for delivery?

Domestic orders generally take 1 to 2 business days to arrive.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €20

Can I track my item?

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all relevant credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and PostPay, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery.

What currencies can I use?

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unopened items can be returned for exchange within 10 days of the shipment date.

How to make the return?

To request the return authorization, you must send a request to info@patatasnana.com within 2 days of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the order number, the codes and names of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: replacement.

The return must be made by the buyer and the return shipment will be paid by the same.

General terms and conditions

The items must be returned new, with the packaging intact. Damaged, soiled or altered returns may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
All products pass a thorough quality control before being shipped.
In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Patatas Nana, he is required to follow the same instructions as above. Patatas Nana reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
Patatas Nana reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions.
Patatas Nana will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
