From the classic – with only Agria variety potatoes, grown in Spain and pure fine sea salt – which has now become an icon of the brand, to the match format, up to the 5 flavors of Morgan’s Giardiniera and the special edition with cod dedicated to Senigallia, passing through for canned and bottled sangria.

But all this was not enough, because the aperitif represents a true brand philosophy which today also becomes a format to be experienced (and, why not, to be replicated) with the opening of Casa Nana!

As the name says, Casa Nana is the headquarters of Patatas Nana, in the heart of the historic center of Senigallia, the city of chef Michele Gilebbi who created the now famous chips in a bag which, together with his partner, Francesco Mazzaferri, today put pen to paper, or rather within four walls (and a beautiful dehors on Piazza del Duca), their concept of aperitif.

Alone or in company, with the desire for a simple glass and a snack or a few more tapas, Casa Nana, in the best tradition of chef Gilebbi, welcomes guests in a contemporary Spanish-style atmosphere.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

The format of Casa Nana is unique: to tease or for a light dinner all the flavors and formats of Patatas Nana chips and a menu of à la carte tapas. Da bere la Sangria e il nuovissimo Gin marchiati Patatas Nana e una lista di vini naturali. It’s not a bar (therefore no coffee, cappuccino, tea or other types of drinks), it’s not a cocktail bar and it’s not a restaurant, even if the tapas menu already makes your mouth water: Morgan’s Giardiniera, anchovies preserved in butter, bowl of gazpacho, crab sandwich and Russian salad, cooked croissant and summer truffle, Iberian flute patanegra y tomate, rustic puff pastry, pastrami sandwich, Cecina de Buey, brioche toast, smoked salmon and mascarpone, Black caviar Adamas, cheese of the day and Brave Beans bread and chocolate.

Ah, above all, reservations are not accepted: in the 140 m2 of interior spaces there are two large counters and lots of space to sit down, but also to have a quick drink & chips and a chat, like when you go to visit a friend without notifying him and it feels like at home, like at Casa Nana!

But the novelties do not end here, because with spring the new Patatas Nana with prized black truffles arrive, perhaps many will think a gamble, but trying is believing, it will seem as if you have never eaten a truffle chip after having tasted these. Is the recipe secret? Obviously not, but words are superfluous to describe such goodness.

Casa Nana, like all Patatas Nana creations, has its own well-defined style, it knows what it wants to offer its guests and it knows it will not disappoint them!

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1684831311991{margin-top: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6620″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6622″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6618″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1684831353189{margin-top: 0px !important;border-top-width: 0px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text] “Aperitifs are a serious matter!”: with this mantra Patatas Nana has been going on since 2016, innovation after innovation, to churn out, or rather fry rigorously in pure sunflower oil, its chips.
