We use only selected potatoes from agricultural varieties that grow beneath the fertile soil of the Valle del Lecr\u00edn in Andalusia, nourished by the pristine, mineral-rich waters of the R\u00edo D\u00farcal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our artisanal process<\/strong> is simple yet meticulous. The potatoes are finely sliced and gently fried in sunflower oil at 165\u00b0C. They are then left to cool naturally at room temperature, allowing the perfect crispness to emerge.
